Helping Hands and Middle School Years Newletters
ART CLUB-Mrs. WennemarSeventh and eighth grade students are invited to join the art club. We will meet after school on Tuesdays from 3:20-4:20 p.m starting on September 14, 2010. You will have the opportunity to tie-dye, paint a canvas and complete other projects to be displayed at Haines. Eighth graders will meet at the end of the year to design and paint a banner to decorate the stage during graduation.
A sports physical is needed prior to a child
participating in a interscholastic sport
and is good only for one year!

The summer book lists are here! Every spring, our language arts teachers select several titles to Haines for great summer reading. When students return to school in the fall, they are able to share what they read with a back to school project. Please check your child’s grade level and have him/her pick out a book (or two) to read and enjoy this summer.
